1. Purpose and scope

ZHHBoldness Workspace is an internal operations tool operated by HKBizPower Limited. This website explains the workspace, its intended use, and how to contact us.

The workspace supports our team's work for the company's own Amazon store. It is not a public subscription service and is not intended to manage third-party client accounts.

2. Authorized use

Use of the workspace is limited to personnel authorized by HKBizPower Limited for a legitimate internal business purpose. The availability of a sign-in or registration page does not itself grant permission to use the workspace.

Users must keep account credentials confidential, use only accounts they are authorized to access, and inform the administrator if access is no longer needed or if they suspect unauthorized use.

3. Information submitted to the workspace

Submit only reports, product information, images, and other material you are entitled to use. Ensure the information is relevant to the selected task, and do not upload unrelated personal information, credentials, or API secrets.

Respect applicable rights and the terms governing any third-party information. Do not use the workspace to bypass account permissions, obtain unauthorized data, or interfere with another service.

4. Review of analysis and reports

Reports may combine uploaded information, external product data, automated rules, and AI-assisted analysis. Inputs may be incomplete, data may change, and generated findings may be inaccurate.

Team members are responsible for checking the relevant data, assumptions, time periods, and business context before acting. The workspace's current analysis does not automatically change bids, budgets, or campaign settings.

Generated reports and their links should be treated as confidential internal information. Share them only with authorized recipients. Contact the administrator if a report is incorrect or should no longer be available.

5. Development and availability

The workspace is under active development. Functions may be revised, temporarily unavailable, or dependent on third-party service availability. Keep original business records where they are needed for your work.

Planned integrations and features are described as plans, not as services that are already available. Amazon API use can begin only after the required access is granted and the relevant controls are in place.

6. Third-party services

Use of connected services and data remains subject to the applicable provider's terms and the account permissions granted. These terms do not grant rights to any Amazon account, API, trademark, or third-party content.
