1. Service scope
ZHHBoldness Workspace is operated by HKBizPower Limited. This website describes our reporting and analysis offering for Amazon sellers and provides a way to contact our team.
A written service agreement will define the reports, analysis, delivery, account scope, and applicable commercial terms for each engagement. An enquiry or visit to this website does not create a service agreement or authorize account access.
2. Authorization and availability
Amazon API connections are not yet active. Activation requires Amazon approval, the required data-protection controls, and the account owner’s authorization.
The planned public SP-API integration uses each seller’s explicit OAuth authorization. Sellers must have authority over the accounts they connect. The initial reporting scope excludes buyer PII and restricted roles.
Access to a reporting service is provided only to authorized users under the agreed scope. The existing team sign-in page is for provisioned team accounts; it is not a self-service customer registration or Amazon authorization page.
Features depend on the available reports, permissions, and provider services. API-dependent features are not presented as already connected.
3. Your data and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize its use only as needed to perform the agreed service, subject to our Privacy Notice and the applicable platform terms.
Provide only information you are entitled to use. Do not submit buyer personal information, passwords, API secrets, or unrelated sensitive material. Keep account credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Reviewing analysis
Analysis may use reports, product data, rules, and AI-assisted functions agreed for the workflow. Inputs can be incomplete, and results can contain errors. Review the source data, dates, attribution windows, assumptions, and findings before making business decisions.
The reporting offering does not guarantee sales, profitability, or advertising results. It does not automatically change bids, budgets, or campaign settings. Share analysis only with authorized recipients.
5. Ending access and deletion
You may revoke application authorization through Amazon and contact support@zhhboldness.com to end access or request deletion. Any engagement-specific termination arrangements will be specified in the accepted service agreement.
When access ends, we stop accessing the affected account and handle retained information under the deletion rules in our Privacy Notice, including applicable Amazon deletion deadlines and legal retention obligations.
6. Platform terms and contact
Use of Amazon and other connected services remains subject to their terms and permissions. These terms do not grant rights to another party’s account, API, trademark, or content.
