ZHHBoldness Workspace

Privacy Notice

How information is handled by our public website and internal operations workspace.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. Who we are

ZHHBoldness Workspace is operated by HKBizPower Limited, a Hong Kong company. We are responsible for the information handled through this website and our internal workspace.

This notice covers the public introduction website at about.zhhboldness.com, the workspace at zhhboldness.com, and communications with our support team. The workspace is intended for our own team and our own Amazon store.

Contact: support@zhhboldness.com.

2. Information we handle

  • Team account information: email addresses, authentication records, and information needed to maintain a workspace account.
  • Submitted information: uploaded store and advertising reports, search terms, product identifiers, product information, images, and analysis settings. The information involved depends on the workflow and the files submitted.
  • Analysis records: task status, selected inputs, generated reports, and information retained to understand or resolve processing issues.
  • Communications: your email address, message content, and attachments when you contact us.
  • Technical information: hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and service logs when delivering the website or workspace.

Account details and workflow inputs are needed to provide the corresponding workspace functions. Providing additional information in a support message is voluntary. Please submit only information you are authorized to use and that is needed for the task. Do not include passwords, API secrets, or unrelated personal information in uploaded reports or support messages.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide team access, process requested analysis, organize operational reports, support internal decisions, respond to enquiries, and maintain or troubleshoot the workspace.

Our current workflows cover keyword and advertising analysis, product image review, and competitor comparison. Outputs support human review; they are not automatically applied to advertising accounts.

The workspace is for internal use and is not offered as a service for third-party client accounts. We do not sell personal information or use workspace information for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers and storage locations

The workspace relies on external providers for specific functions:

  • Cloudflare delivers this public introduction website and provides domain services.
  • Tencent Cloud hosts workspace components and stores uploaded source archives and generated reports.
  • Supabase supports team authentication, task records, and temporary uploads.
  • Volcengine / Doubao processes selected keywords, product information, and images for AI-assisted analysis.
  • Product and market data services, including Sorftime and Xiyou, process relevant product or keyword queries to return information used in the analysis.
  • Alibaba Mail handles messages sent to our support address.

Information may be processed outside Hong Kong, including in mainland China and Singapore, and through the infrastructure used by these providers. The information sent to a provider depends on the selected workflow.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal request. Provider services have their own privacy terms; this notice does not describe their independent websites or services.

5. Storage and report access

Workspace accounts use an authentication service. Uploaded source files are stored in private cloud storage; a source archive may remain after a temporary upload copy is removed.

Generated reports currently use shareable report links. A person who obtains a report link may be able to view the report without signing in. Team members should treat report links as confidential and share them only with people authorized to view the information. Contact us if a report link needs to be withdrawn.

These access arrangements are different for source uploads and generated reports. We continue to review them as the workspace develops.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain reports and associated information only for as long as needed for the operational purpose for which they were collected, or where retention is required by law. Internal administrators review retention needs and handle deletion manually. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule for retained report archives.

When information is no longer needed, administrators arrange deletion of the relevant records, archived source files, and generated reports, subject to applicable legal requirements. Requests can be sent to support@zhhboldness.com.

Future Amazon API information

Amazon API integrations are planned and are not yet connected. API information will be subject to the applicable Amazon agreements and data protection requirements, in addition to the purpose-based retention described above.

For SP-API information, the deletion process must cover the applicable retained information within 30 days of the earliest relevant trigger: an Amazon deletion notice; revoked authorization or other removal of access; a determination that access or processing is no longer authorized; or termination or expiry of participation in the services. Information will be retained beyond those triggers only where required for legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.

If a future approved workflow handles restricted buyer personal information, the additional restrictions and retention limits applicable to that information must be implemented before the workflow is enabled. This notice will be updated to reflect any such change.

7. Browser storage

This public introduction website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. It has no account registration or file-upload form.

The separate internal workspace uses browser storage to maintain sign-in state and support its operation. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services. Clearing browser storage or signing out may remove locally stored sign-in information.

8. Your requests and questions

You can contact support@zhhboldness.com to request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, request deletion, report a concern, or ask how information is handled.

Please identify the relevant account, task, or report without including unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. We will explain if a legal obligation or another applicable requirement prevents us from fulfilling a request.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the workspace, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes to the categories of information or its use will be reflected in this notice before the corresponding workflow is enabled.
